This is how we work, step by step.
Here are the details: which problem we solve, how we decide what to automate and what you get at each step.
The problem isn’t a lack of tools.
It's that each one holds a piece of the business and none of them knows what happens in the others.
- A client, an invoice or an issue comes in
- The system understands the context
- It prepares the action
- You approve ✓
- It's recorded
Less work feeding software. More software working around the business.
First understand the business. Then, the system.
How a customer comes in, who does what, and where time or money gets lost.
The whole journey, from the first call to getting paid.
What gets built, what gets automated, and what isn’t worth it.
Only the pieces your system needs, connected to each other.
The eight parts of a business we can look at
We almost never touch all eight. Most businesses need two or three, and the analysis tells us which, not a catalog. If one isn’t useful to you, I’ll tell you and you won’t be charged for it.
What you take away from the analysis: three paths
What to tackle first
The one thing to start with, and how much money it brings in each month once it’s done.
What can be built and what can be removed
What would need to be built so that happens on its own, and which of today’s tasks a person can stop doing. With the hours counted.
What isn’t worth it
And why. So nobody sells it to you next month.
Who does what
I tell you from the start what I do and what someone else does, so you know who is responsible for each part.
Listen, organize and decide
I listen to you, understand your business and design what needs to be built: how you attract customers, how you work, how money comes in, what gets automated and in what order. I run the project and answer for it.
An outside technician
They build from plans that are already decided, not from a loose idea. I hire and coordinate them: you don’t have to find them or argue with them.
A licensed professional
What is regulated — legal and tax — is signed by someone who is allowed to sign it. They receive the documentation already prepared, not a blank assignment.
Automating doesn’t mean losing control
Each process has its own level. We decide it with you: some tasks the system only recommends, and others it can do on its own.
When a problem repeats, we turn it into a product
We build to solve real problems. When we find the same problem showing up again and again within an industry, we stop solving it company by company and start turning it into a product. That’s why we work across different industries: it’s how you find it.
You don’t have to buy these pieces separately
These are the tools we use to build your system. We design only the ones it needs.
Websites, portals, apps and interfaces.
CRM, internal systems, dashboards, documents and workflows.
Integrations, processes, follow-ups and alerts.
AI, agents, classification, analysis and recommendations.
Lead generation, go-to-market, pipeline and reporting.
Tell us how your company works, not which software you want.
