1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Praxia Atelier. You can write to praxia.atelier@gmail.com or call +34 650 017 962.
2. What data we process
- Website forms (business analysis, Praxia Oficios pilot and founding companies program): name, email, phone, company, industry or trade, and whatever you tell us in your message.
- Direct contact: the data you give us if you email us, write on WhatsApp or call.
- Meeting bookings: if you book a call, the calendar tool (Cal.com) collects your name, email and chosen time.
We only ask for what we need to reply. Please do not send documents or confidential company data through the forms.
3. What we use it for
- To reply to your request and, if you ask, to prepare the analysis or the meeting.
- To send you a proposal when you request one.
- To manage your request to join the Praxia Oficios pilot or the founding companies program.
We will not send you newsletters or advertising unless you have expressly agreed, and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, given when you tick the form checkbox or write to us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and to take pre-contractual steps you request, such as an analysis or a proposal (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
For as long as we are handling your request. If we do not end up working together, we delete it within 12 months at the latest. If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. To run the website and our communications, we use providers that process data on our behalf (processors):
- Netlify: website hosting and form handling.
- Google: email (Gmail) and website fonts (Google Fonts).
- Cal.com: meeting bookings, only if you choose to book.
- LiveAvatar: the María assistant, only if you choose to talk to her.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to praxia.atelier@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Security and minors
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data. This website is not intended for children under 14.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
